• interacting with business partners on a daily basis mostly by e-mail and phone in order to provide excellent customer care,
• creating offers for services and solutions in accordance to client’s wishes,
• supporting clients with their technical queries, directly or in cooperation with professionals,
• work closely with the customers and maintain good working relationship,
• consistently updating your products and services knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent DUTCH (C1) in speech and writing,
• Very good English (B2/C1) in speech and writing,
• MS Office proficiency,
• high level of responsibility for designated tasks,
• great attention to detail and strong organizational skills,
• analytical thinking.
