Our client is a global organization that develops a Shared Service Centre in Łódź, Poland. On behalf of the company we are looking for Governance and Engagement Process Coordinator.
Governance and Engagement Process Coordinator will be responsible for implementation of strategy for Company Governance and Engagement on a global level. The role will include engagement with Senior level stakeholders and tower leads, coordinating with them governance and engagement framework requirements. Also, will be responsible to proactively identify and improvement of ways of working that will enrich existing governance frameworks and engagement model, in the meantime securing standardisation of the approach across all Solution lines globally.
In order to be successful on this position you should have Bachelor or Master’s Degree, Proven min 5 years’ experience of Finance shared services and Customer focused individual, not afraid to challenge.
