Detailed information on the processing of job candidates’ data

1. Administrator of personal data

2. Data Protection Officer

We've appointed a Data Protection Officer. This is the person you can contact in all matters concerning the processing of personal data and the exercise of the rights related to the processing. You can contact the inspector as follows:

3. Purposes of processing and legal basis for processing

We will process your personal data to carry out the ongoing recruitment process. The legal basis for processing your personal data is:

- legal obligation – to the extent that it results from the provisions of the Labour Code,

- Your consent - otherwise.

4. Period of storage of personal data

We will keep your personal data until the end of the recruitment process for the position you are applying for or until you withdraw your consent to data processing, but no longer than 90 days from the date of application.

5. Recipients of data

We will transfer your personal data to our suppliers to whom we commission services related to the processing of personal data, e. g. IT service providers, recruitment system providers. Such entities process data on the basis of a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions.

6. Your rights related to the processing of personal data

You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:

the right to withdraw consent to data processing,
the right to access your personal data,
the right to request rectification of your personal data,
the right to request the deletion of your personal data,
the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data,
the right to transfer your personal data, i. e. the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable IT format. You may transfer this data to another data controller or request that we transfer your data to another data controller. However, we will only do so if such a message is technically possible. You have the right to transfer personal data only in respect of those data that we process on the basis of a contract with you or on the basis of your consent.

Right to withdraw consent

To the extent that your data is processed on the basis of consent – you have the right to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal. Right to lodge a complaint with a body

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data, i. e. President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

7. Obligation to provide data

The obligation to provide personal data is a statutory requirement to the extent specified in the provisions of the Labour Code. In the rest – the provision of data is voluntary and depends on you.
