We are looking for mobile recruiters!

We are a German recruitment agency working with public transport companies in Germany.

Due to the expansive growth of our company we are expanding our network of mobile recruiters within the European Union.

The tasks of a recruiter:

• Active sourcing of candidates - proffessional drivers through various sources in Eastern European countries and other EU territories


• Interviewing and preliminary checks of entitelments and application documents


• Production of the candidate expose


• Maintaining regular contact with potential candidates and developing relationships with other recruiters and recruitment agencies

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting employees from Eastern European and other european countries


• Knowledge of the local languages and very good knowledge of German or English


• Ability to work effectively remotely


• Independence, initiative and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
