Essential Requirements:

• 📆 Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional, full-time elderly care.


• 📝 References: Two recent professional references required.


• 🏡 Commitment: Ability to stay in Ireland for at least 6 months on an ongoing basis.


• 🩺 Health: Physically fit for caregiving duties; no health issues that could hinder performance.


• 🍳 Skills: Confident in cooking and performing light household chores.


• 🚭 Lifestyle: Non-smoker or very light smoker only.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 👴 Specialized Care: Experience with dementia, reduced mobility, incontinence, and personal care.


• 🚗 Driver’s License: Preferred but not mandatory.


• 🧑 Personality: Kind, cooperative, mature, and caring individual.


• 👩‍🍳 Additional Skills: Proficiency in preparing meals and maintaining a clean living environment.

Age Requirement:

28 years and older.

Additional Benefits:

• Sunday Bonus: 10% salary supplement for Sunday work.


• Dual Care: 15–25% salary supplement for caregiving involving two clients (depending on scope).


• Public Holidays: Double pay or an additional paid day off (to be taken later).


• Flight Reimbursement: Flight ticket to Ireland refunded after the first 4 working weeks, provided neither side has given notice.


• Compensation Provided: The agency will assist with the reimbursement process.


• Airport Pick-Up: Depending on the client’s location, airport pick-up can be arranged.
