Purchasing Team Leader with German
- Professional and disciplinary management of ~15 employees
- Recruitment of team, capacity management and personnel deployment planning
- Month-end closing preparations and goods receipt posting as well as procurement management
- Within the area of responsibility, ensuring that order documents are checked for formal and guideline-compliant correctness and creating purchase requisitions in SAP
- Technical contact person for the relocation of procurement processes to Kraków in close coordination with the contact persons of the transferring centers/departments and project management
- Development of required process documentation for the transferred processes and establishment of stable knowledge management
- Development of a work organisation and establishment of a cooperation model with process management and purchasing department (IPS)
- Regular exchange with the respective business partners regarding contract content and procurement topics, including expansion of the service portfolio
- Managing the operational area of responsibility based on meaningful key figures and reporting to divisional management
- Active promotion of continuous improvement processes (CIP)
- University degree: finance, accounting, economics - an asset
- 5 years of accounting/purchasing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- English - B2
- German - B2
- Familiarity with SAP financial software is a plus
