Accounts Payable Accountant
The overall job objective of an Accounts Payable Associate Accountant is to support in accurately processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining financial records. This role aims to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and contribute to the overall financial integrity of the company by effectively managing accounts payable processes.

Your new role
- Prepare and process electronic vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate vendor files and records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing for accounts payable.
- Provide support for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with payroll agencies for salary postings.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve vendor issues.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and update payment status.
- Review cost reports and assist with failed payments.
- Address AP queries from stakeholders and vendors.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Educational background: Accountant or similar.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
- Fluent English, additional Scandinavian language or German as an added value.
- Multinational, Multi-Site Operation experience is beneficial.
- Basic accounting knowledge: understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices ensuring accurate handling of financial transactions.
- Professional competences: attention to detail, time management, communication, compliance, strong numerical aptitude for accurate calculations, reconciliations, and financial analyses.
