PTP Team Leader with German

• Process management experience
• Working experience in accounting (AP / PTP)
• Microsoft Excel (pivots, lookups)
• SAP knowledge and experience (4Hana, MM, FI)
• English - B2
• German - B2
• Polish - B2 Nice to have:
• Degree in Economics / Finance & Accounting or comparable education
• Hands-on process improvement and system transition experience Responsibilities:
• Set individual and team goals, and conduct performance evaluations
• Development of required process documentation for the transferred processes and establishment of stable knowledge management
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
• Professional and disciplinary management of approx. 15 employees
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues with vendors to maintain positive relationships
  • Development of required process documentation for the transferred processes and establishment of stable knowledge management
  • Implementation, documentation and continuous development of the internal control system (ICS)
