Our client is a Scandinavian company building its SSC structures in Warsaw.
Your new role
The overall job objective of an Accounts Receivable associate is to support accounts receivable processes, ensure accurate and timely collections and cash applications. The role aims to optimize cash flow, by minimizing customer debt and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.- Apply and reconcile customer payments.
- Monitor and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Maintain accurate customer information in ERP.
- Assist in closing processes.
- Support internal/external audits.
- Perform reports on overdue payments and review accruals.
- Address questions and concerns regarding receivables.
- Support automation and process enhancements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience in accounts receivable or finance operations; multinational experience beneficial.
- Fluent English, additional Scandinavian language or German as an added value.
- Attention to Detail
- Good communication Skills
- Proactive attitude
