ASPICE Specialist

Your new role 

• Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures compliant with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE).
• Create and update all necessary ASPICE-compliant documents in Codebeamer, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ensure adherence to ASPICE standards throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate with process assessors and auditors to enhance ASPICE processes.
• Provide training and support to project teams on ASPICE processes and best practices.
• Oversee configuration management activities, including version control, change management, and release management.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and integration.
• Monitor and report on process performance metrics and KPIs.
• Lead initiatives to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in ASPICE and configuration management.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish, along with strong teamwork abilities.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing Automotive SPICE processes.
• In-depth understanding of ASPICE standards and best practices.
• Proficiency with configuration management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile development tools such as Codebeamer, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
