Junior Accountant
For one of our leading clients, we are looking for a Junior Accountant who will be responsible for managing and verifying travel expenses based on internal procedures, ensuring that export files are ready and properly loaded into SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration and verification of travel expenses in accordance with internal procedures
- Ensuring readiness of the export file and the load into SAP per company code (after receiving training on SAP)
- Functional support to employees
- Communication with BPO and employees
- Developing in-depth knowledge of issues, needs, and contexts
- Sharing insights, results, and recommendations in a comprehensible manner
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvement
- Support approving, initiating, planning, executing, and closing out projects or initiatives
Competencies:
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Team player and ability to work in a multicultural network
- Ability to organise and prioritise work
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Concur system will be an asset
- Good knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantage
