Hays company is currently recruiting for their client, an international company, specialising in the production of devices and parts for various industries, for the position of Chief Accountant.
Job description:
- Managing and overseeing all accounting operations, maintaining accounting records,
- Preparing financial reports and financial statements,
- Timely preparation of tax declarations and maintaining tax documentation,
- Verifying accounting documentation and controlling accounting entries,
- Collaborating with external and internal auditors and representing the company in tax audits,
- Preparing current analyses and reports.
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields,
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or General Ledger Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing company,
- Very good knowledge of the Income Tax Act and VAT Act,
- Knowledge of English at communicative level - B2,
- Developed analytical thinking and team management skills,
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with other departments of the company.
