For our Client, a fast-growing international company, we are currently looking for lawyers or people with legal background specializing in contract management who speak English and one of the European Language ( such as French, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch).
Your responsibilities:
- summarising commercial contracts such as Master Services and Licencing Agreements, Research and Development Agreements
- assessing and mitigating contract risks.
- overseeing the contract process from draft to completion.
- negotiating contract clauses for compliance.
- collaborating with stakeholders to finalise contracts.
Employer requirements:
- minimum 3 years of experience,
- university degree in Law
- professional working knowledge of English and one of the following: Dutch, Spanish, French, German, Italian
- understanding the commercial & legal implications of contract clauses,
- proficiency in drawing up and suggesting alternate to contractual clauses
