Communication and team development Specialist

We are looking for a communication and team development specialist who will join an international transport company and will be working in a diverse team consisting of around 70 experts who are strategically positioned across Europe. 

You will be responsible for:

• Improving the team communication ( internally and externally) 
• Promoting learning and cross-team collaboration
• Developing the team culture
• Supporting the business-as-usual communication effort (bi-weekly newsletter, webinar and sharepoint) 
• Creating and sharing reports with stakeholders
• Supporting the continuous improvement process of communication toolkit by preparing the review cycle, embedding received feedback
• Promoting communication toolkit and visibility by creating a cross-functional community
• Proposing innovative ideas to improve the quality of communication.
• Improving digital environment ( internal and external sharepoint)
• Driving team member engagement by organizing and supporting team meetings
• Promoting the yearly employee satisfaction survey within the team, analyzing results, supporting and monitoring action plans

What you'll need to succeed 

• University education ( or in progress) related to business/psychology/communication 
• Fluent English ( any other European language is a plus)
• Demonstrating presentation skills, analytic skills, digital knowledge, time management & planning skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative
• Ability to work well with others, and contribute effectively to team goals.
• Ability to think outside the box, generate innovative ideas, and approach problems from unique perspectives.
