Country Clinical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the local representative of the company authorized by the Managing Director, to oversee legal affairs, human resource management, regulatory intelligence and compliance, financial management, vendor identification and contracting, and business development activities within the designated country.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of the company staff, manage recruitment and labor-related issues, coordinate staff training, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Ensure adherence to ethical principles, regulatory requirements, and internal policies governing clinical trials and medical device research.
• Participate in negotiations with potential clients, supporting the Managing Director or Business Development Director.
• Oversee clinical operations and manage clinical teams and global projects, including the selection, qualification, and oversight of third-party vendors.
• Develop and implement professional development and training programs, acting as a presenter when required in therapeutic, regulatory, and GCP-specific sessions.
• Prepare periodic reports and complete other tasks assigned by the Managing Director.

Education and Skills Requirements:
• A graduate degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related medical field (e.g., nursing, public health).
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with IT systems.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Scope of Authority
• Legally represent the company and exercise signing rights based on a separate Power of Attorney issued by the Managing Director.
