Electrical Lead Engineer

• Design electrical systems for petrochemical and refinery projects.
• Lead and manage the electrical team, including planning, monitoring, and approving work.
• Analyze and evaluate technical contract annexes.
• Prepare project-specific Electrical Discipline Job Manuals.
• Develop project documentation, including specifications, diagrams, and layouts.
• Execute electrical calculations (short circuit, power balance, cable, lighting intensity, grounding, and lightning protection).
• Prepare layout drawings and define hazardous area classifications.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, clients, and vendors.
• Prepare inquiry packages for electrical equipment.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests for electrical equipment.
• Provide input for subcontracts and supervise erection works.
• Verify project and vendor documentation for completeness and compliance.

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in a plant engineering company as an Electrical Engineer.
• Experience with MV/LV equipment; HV equipment and studies are a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently on proposals and project execution.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, ACAD, Dialux, and ETAP or other power system analysis software.
• Willingness to travel short and long term (3-6 months) to other engineering centers and construction sites worldwide.
• High interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural team
