Employee Assistance Specialist with German

Your new role
Employee Assistance Specialist will be responsible for he reintegration process of employees on long-term sick leave (who are hired in Germany) as part of company integration management policy in Germanyand legal requirements.
- Reintegrates and independently supports employees on long-term sick leave (via phone, chat, and case management tool).
- Conducts confidential discussions with individual employees.
- Cooperates with internal departments such us: operation teams, works council, HR, safety, HR BP, Payroll team.
- Process monitoring and support for individual integration cases.
- Legally compliant documentation and management of individual integration cases.
- If necessary, consultation and involvement of external service providers as support in integration cases
In order to be successful in this position you need excellent command of English and German language. Experience in HR operations in Shared Service Center is benefitial. Strong understanding of the employee life cycle is crucial for this position. We are looking for someone with a high level of empathy who will be able to communicate well with employees and support them in difficult situations.
