Are you a talented General Ledger Accountant looking to take your career to the next level? Our Client’s finance team is expanding, and we’re seeking professionals at various seniority levels to join us in Warsaw. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute GL operational activities, including accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare and post journal entries with precision.
- Generate and analyse financial statements.
- Analysis and reporting of variances and fluctuations for P&L and BS.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all month-end closing activities.
- Provide periodic and ad-hoc financial reporting.
- Maintain compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in GL/RTR/independent accountancy roles (various seniority levels available).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
