GL/RTR Team Leader - Interim
- Manage daily team operations, supporting RTR Tower Lead in team development, career planning and recruitment.
- Drive process standardization and efficiency within the team.
- Ensure precise financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance for data integrity and regulatory adherence.
- Ensure intercompany reconciliations and compliance with internal and SOX controls, meeting the SLA targets set for the team.
- Collaborate with auditors, consolidation teams, and stakeholders, supporting team development and recruitment.
- Experience in a Shared Services environment
- Knowledge of Finance in general and General Ledger in particular
- Practical experience managing operations' performance (SLAs, KPIs)
- Advanced English (min. B2/C1)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
- Knowledge of SAP Finance
- Knowledge of US GAAP s, SOX control and reporting standards procedure
- Hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely)
- International environment
- Location: Warsaw (Mokotów)
- Temporary employment contract /B2B 3-4 month
