For our Client, a family-owned global leader in plant-based ingredients, a pioneer of plant proteins and a leading provider of pharmaceutical excipients we looking   HR Generalist


Main purpose of the job:

The HR Generalist role is to drive HR compliance consistently and ensure all HR activities and people management support are delivered in a fair and transparent way in their country. 

Geographical scope of the role: Benelux, Denmark, UK 

Reporting to the HR Manager, your main responsibilities will cover:

  • Be a relay & ambassador of group HR strategy, process & tools:
  • Ensure the implementation & respect of global HR policies, directives & processes.
  • Drive and develop high quality and efficient HR Administration, payroll processes and services.
  • Implement the onboarding process on line with group initiatives already in place.
  • Comply with law & regulations: 
  • Ensure the compliance with local regulations as well as to Company Quality, Health & Safety policies.
  • Ensure a social and labor regulations watch for the Group & alert inform if needed. 
  • Manage and resolve employee issues, partners with Legal Department and ensure compliance with Labor Law. Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. 
  • Payroll, Administration, Benefits & other related activities: 
  • Drive and develop high quality and efficient HR Administration, payroll processes and services.
  • Support & lead local HR processes (administrative, payroll, disciplinary, etc.).
  • Point of contact for employees & managers questions & business needs: 
  • Meet with employees & managers on demand & guarantee a positive social climate.
  • Alert, if needed. 
But also...

  • You hold Master’s degree in a related field or a combination of relevant experience and education 
  • You are ready to act as Business partner & solution driven mindset 
  • You have proven experience in HR Administration in similar roles, HR SSC preferably.
  • You have a solid knowledge in Payroll, HR Administration, Recruitment proceses.
  • You are good with PowerPoint, Teams and other Microsoft tools
