Junior Accounts Payable Accountant

Your new role
Assist the Accounts Payable team on perform daily operations – including:
- Process invoices and review for accuracy
- Prepare payments to vendors
- Create and Maintain vendor files
- Create and maintain master data in the ERP system
- Manage and process employee expenses in Acubiz (expense Management tool)
- Assist on preparations for month/year-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Assist with internal and external audit processes
- Help with salary payments and postings in collaboration with payroll provider
- Assist in reviewing reports on costs, pending approvals and failed payments
- Assist in reconciling discrepancies and resolving issues
What you'll need to succeed
- Background: Student within accounting, financial operations or similar areas.
- Experience: Any relevant experience in accounting and finance operations is beneficial.
- Fluent English, additional Scandinavian language or German as an added value.
- Personal Competences: collaboration, adaptability, team player, reliability, problem-solver, initiative, continuous improvement.
- Professional competences: attention to detail, time management, basic accounting knowledge, communication, compliance and strong numerical aptitude for accurate calculations, reconciliations, and financial analyses.
