Junior AP Accountant

For our client - engineering company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Junior AP Accountant.

Your tasks & responsibilities: 

• Processing of AP invoices with and without PO (digitized workflow)
• Processing of system based travel expense reports
• Maintaining account ledgers
• Assisting in monthly closing
• Reconciliation of GR/IR accounts, IC reconciliation 
• Preparation of payment runs 
• Statistical reporting 
• Supplier role for auditors  

Your profile: 

•  BA degree preferably in Accounting or correlated areas such as Business Administration, Economics
• 2 years experience in a similar position 
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems
• Knowledge of Baan V – is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English (and other languages are a plus)
