HR Administrator with German
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Administrator with German languageto join client's team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR career who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the extension of work permits for employees
 - Verify working hours
 - Calculate and process training costs and reimbursements
 - Manage Learning & Development (L&D) related expenses
 - Prepare loan certificates and monitor related controls
 - Issue financing agreements for employees
 - Communicate with employees and HR Business Partners
 - Conduct quality checks in the electronic personnel file
 - Monitor data accuracy between Workday and SAP systems
 - Handle ad hoc requests and prepare reports
 
- Initial experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus
 - Good command of German (minimum C1 level)
 - Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
 - Familiarity with HR systems
 - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
 - Good communication and teamwork abilities
