Logistics IT Administrator
Your responsibilities:
- Processing data retrieved from the IWH system into ACCESS,
- Generating reports and updating for the Logistics team,
- Creating daily, weekly, and monthly statistics,
- Preparing reports on material inventories after the end of the accounting month,
- Creating reports and statistics based on data from the IWH data warehouse according to user needs,
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of processed data,
- Implementing new and modifying existing IT solutions to streamline logistics processes.
We require:
- Proficiency in German or English – mandatory,
- Higher education in IT systems or logistics,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (ACCESS, EXCEL, VBA, PowerQuery),
- Professional experience in logistics – nice to have,
- Teamwork skills and commitment.
