Mechanical Team Leader

Duties
　•　Leadership and work organization of mechanical team
　•　Planning and controlling work progress
　•　Solving of technical problems
　•　Assuring compliance of products with technical documentation, company standards and rules
　•　Design in Autodesk Inventor machinery and welded structures
　•　Preparation of technical specifications, production drawings, procedures and verification of supplier documentation
　•　Product development
　•　Component selection and co-operation with suppliers

Required skills
　•　Technical background Mechanical/Structural
　•　Fluent experience with CAD- Autodesk Inventor/ AutoCad/ Vault
　•　5+ years of engineering experience in machinery construction
　•　Previous team management / leadership experience desired
　•　Excellent technical savvy and ability to reach consensus on technical direction
　•　Experience working with international teams on development projects will be an advantage
　•　Fluent English and Polish language skills both written and spoken
　•　Good communication and interpersonal skills
　•　Team oriented and high ability to collaborate
