OCM Expert
- Driving cultural and technical change needed to build, rollout and advocate in order to realize the Platform Strategy
- Leading the creation of the the change impact assessment and change definition
- Conducting the stakeholder analysis and developing the OCM strategy and OCM plan
- Establishing and kicking-off internal stakeholder engagement (program team, domain, chapter)
- Contributing to any stakeholder management (e.g. MSP) as necessary
- Creating and stewarding any necessary training and knowledge transfer plans
- Long-term cooperation with the client implementing projects for the largest players in the banking, insurance, telco and more sectors

- Knowledge of technology devices or consumer device lifecycle a big advantage (e.g. having worked with HP or a supplier to bring devices to customers)
- Ability to navigate and manage senior stakeholders is a must.
- At least years +5 years of relevant experience in organizational change management program design and implementation, leveraging change management principles, methodologies,and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships with ability to engage resources outside of direct-control to gain consensus, meet deadlines and achieve goalsand objectives.
- Successful experience working in a multicultural environmentand building strong networks.
- Proactive self starter; effective in both team settings and asan individual contributor and ability to handle multipleassignments and tasks independently/with minimalsupervision.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or tech industry is a plus
