OTC Specialist with Finnish
- Manage and process invoices.
- Provide exceptional customer service related to billing inquiries and issues.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of all invoices, and handle customer complaints efficiently.
- Work closely with business units to maintain excellent cooperation and support.
- Assisting in managing financial results by accurately allocating revenue and costs to the appropriate month.
- Managing master data in systems, such as customer data, etc.
- Building positive relationships with the clients.
- Good command of the English language
- Fluency in Finnish (min. B2)
- Initial experience in a corporate environment
- Education or experience in finance would be an additional asset
- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
