OTC Team Leader
- Lead and supervise the OTC team, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Oversee and manage the entire Order to Cash process, including customer set up and maintenance, cash application, and cash collections.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of billing setups, reconciliations, and monthly POS sales reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to address and resolve issues in the OTC processes.
- Implement and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team and process performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and contribute to team development.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and complex problem resolution.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for the OTC team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in OTC field with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- In-depth understanding of OTC processes, including customer set up, cash application, and collections.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in Excel, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and optimize workflows.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
