P2P Team Leader
For our client - an international company from Gliwice, building an internal Center of Gravity, we are looking for a person for the position of P2P Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the P2P team by setting individual and team goals, organizing work, and prioritizing tasks in the team, along with setting standards for their execution.
- Supervising and conducting recruitment activities within the team.
- Overseeing accounting processes and activities in the P2P area (including: invoice and service postings, fixed asset settlements, execution of domestic and international payments, conducting offsets, managing inventory, participating in month-end closing, tax declarations, GUS and NBP reports).
- Preparing and presenting results
- Coordinating training processes for team members
- Collaborating with external auditors and providing necessary audit documentation
- Coordinating accounting-related projects
- Managing the payment process
- Coordinating internal and external process communication for the P2P area
- Implementing and developing corrective and quality improvement actions in assigned processes
What you'll need to succeed
To be the best Candidate for this role, you will need Finance/Economics educational background, experience in a similar position, in-depth knowledge of P2P operations, very good knowledge of MS Excel, effective team and stakeholder management and be fluent in English (min B2). Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
