People Advisor
Warsaw (1 day per week in the office)
- Provide professional, accurate, and timely support to employees and leaders from six countries (DK, EE, FI, NO, PL, SE) as the first point of contact via tickets and live channels (phone and chat).
- Ensure equal treatment and provide compliant, sustainable advice to employees, leaders, and stakeholders.
- Perform with high empathy and a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring timely responses for a great employee and leader experience.
- Proactively improve guidelines and instructions, suggesting enhancements to help employees and leaders utilise people's self-service efficiently.
- Offer accurate advice and solutions based on relevant analysis, ensuring adherence to people's processes.
- Represent the People organisation professionally, guiding the full People's service offering on relevant channels.
- Share knowledge and support colleagues in providing the best advice on people's matters, fostering common competencies.
- Use defined methods, processes, systems, and tools to deliver high-quality and compliant advice, even in complex people-matters
