Your new role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented People Service Specialist with Dutch language skills to join clients dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding new employees and managing their integration process.
• Handling leave management and maintaining accurate employee documentation.
• Managing and resolving employee queries and tickets through our HR system.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supporting HR projects and initiatives as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proficiency in Dutch and English (B2+/C1 level), both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in HR, customer service, or a shared services environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
