Performance Marketing Specialist

For our Client, international pharmaceuticals company, we are looking for a person who join them on the position of Performance Marketing Specialist. 

• The role involves developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in line with business objectives: Implementing and managing both existing and new Meta and LinkedIn campaigns
• Continuously enhancing campaign performance
  through real-time insights and optimization strategies
• Working closely with creative teams and project leaders
• Monitoring campaign performance to ensure proper pacing, managing expenses, troubleshooting issues, collecting performance data, making necessary adjustments, and identifying potential concerns
• Generating campaign reports and providing recommendations across the global team
• Exploring additional digital channels targeting the intended audience
• Partnering with media planners to determine the best platforms, target audience, and creative strategies for upcoming campaigns

• Proven track record as a Performance Marketing Specialist or in a similar capacity
• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels and advertising platforms, with expertise in ad management systems such as LinkedIn and Meta Proficiency in analytics tools and experience in data-driven decision-making
• Strong analytical skills
• Quick learner, effective communicator, team player, and proactive in keeping abreast of platform updates and marketing tools
• Fluent English
