- Coordinating projects related to internal organizational transformation
- Optimizing processes and simplifying existing procedures
- Supporting Project Managers in project execution, including developing and managing schedules, scope, and project budgets, as well as risk and change management
- Preparing project documentation, materials, and reports for the Board on project progress, maintaining repositories
- Leading projects focused on business development
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in supporting or coordinating projects
- Strong analytical business thinking skills
- Effective self-management, ability to plan and coordinate projects, problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Creativity and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Independence and a strong sense of responsibility for results
- Project management certifications (Agile, PRINCE2)
- Knowledge of project management software
- Experience in streamlining procedures and building efficient processes
