Pricing Team Leader with German
Requirements:
- Management experience - at least 1 year in a Team Lead role
- Accounting experience
- Microsoft Excel (pivots, vlookups)
- SAP knowledge
- German - B2
- English - B2
- Accounts Payable / PTP / RTR / Procurement experience
- Degree in economics or comparable education
- Working experience in Pricing / Product costing area
- Content-related contact person and responsible for asset accounting
- Professional and disciplinary management of approx. 15 employees
- Recruitment and formation of a team for product costing
- Technical contact person for the relocation of product costing processes to Kraków in close coordination with the contact persons of the transferring centers/departments and project management
- Periodic valuation (planned costing) of vehicles and units for series production
- Development of required process documentation for the transferred processes and establishment of stable knowledge management
- Management of the operational area of responsibility based on meaningful key figures and reporting to divisional management
- Implementation, documentation, and continuous development of the internal control system (ICS)
- Active promotion of continuous improvement processes (CIP)
- Office/flexible working hours, Monday to Friday
