PTP Team Leader
- Provide team leadership & direction to a team of PTP Associates, ensuring delivery of transactional activities in line with the policy, tax requirements, and SLA's.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive best practices throughout the end-to-end PTP process.
- Produce operational and root cause reporting and provide recommendations to drive best practice
- Establish relationships with the wider Finance Community to enhance service and customer relationships
- Manage the review and maintenance of SOP’s and version controls to ensure that they are fully aligned to processes
- Work with the Reporting and Compliance Lead/ Controls Team to ensure control & compliance within process area and across the PTP Controls framework
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Participate as required as a team member in other special projects
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties, as and when required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PTP area, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (written and conversational).
- Experience in a similar role within a multi-site business is desirable.
- Good level of IT skills, including intermediate/advanced MS Excel.
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
