AP Accountant with German

Your new company 

Is a wholly owned subsidiary of automotive company. They are currently in a strong development phase and want to develop quickly in order to contribute to the economic success of the Group in Kraków - ready to relocate.

Your new role 

• Checking the order documents for formal, arithmetical and guideline-compliant correctness
• Creation of purchase requisitions in SAP as well as processing of the workflow up to the final purchase order
• Independent qualification of procurement, i.e. checking the delivery and performance for call-off or necessity of commissioning by the purchasing department
• Intensive coordination between stakeholders via e-mail and telephone
• Coordination with Supply Management and Purchasing in the event of escalation or deviation, including active tracking of orders and ensuring fast cycle times
• Supporting the development of work instructions and guidelines for purchase requisitions
• Continuous improvement of processes

What you'll need to succeed 

• German – min. B2
• English – min. B2
• Polish - communicative
• Working experience in the area of Accounting / Customer Service / Purchasing / Finance / Order Management / Administration / hR
• Good command of Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills

• SAP knowledge / ERP system
• University degree in the area of finance / economics / administration or other

• Experience in corporate area
