Responsibilities:
- Checking the order documents for formal, arithmetical and guideline-compliant correctness
- Creation of purchase requisitions in SAP as well as processing of the workflow up to the final purchase order
- Independent qualification of procurement, i.e. checking the delivery and performance for call-off or necessity of commissioning by the purchasing department
- Intensive coordination between stakeholders via e-mail and telephone
- Coordination with Supply Management and Purchasing in the event of escalation or deviation, including active tracking of orders and ensuring fast cycle times
- Supporting the development of work instructions and guidelines for purchase requisitions
- Continuous improvement of processes
Requirements:
- German - B2
- English - B2
- Working experience in the area of Purchasing, Finance or Customer Service (2 years)
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
Nice to know/have:
- SAP / ERP knowledge
- University degree in the area of finance / economics / administration or other
