For our Client an international company committed to providing innovative energy solutions worldwide, we are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner,
- Organization and ensuring proper reception work,
- Archives and file management, managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Preparing simple documents, letters if necessary;
- Help with translation of short and uncomplicated letters if necessary;
- Keeping the office tidy, office supply orders ect, answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Other commissioned works related to job position
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
