Description of the job offer

We are currently looking for people to join our team for the position:

Receptionist / Receptionist in an office facility

Location: Szczecin

Duties:

• ongoing organization and coordination of reception work,


• coordination of incoming and outgoing correspondence,


• supervision over the proper circulation of documents,


• professional guest service,


• taking care of the positive image of the company.
