Sales Engineer
The job offer is aimed at individuals with knowledge and experience in sales within the chemical, industrial, or energy sectors. The position of Sales Engineer requires a very good command of English.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Seeking new business opportunities: Actively using social media, networking, and other sources to identify potential clients and markets.
- Maintaining client contacts: Regular phone calls and meetings with clients and contacts generated by the Customer Service, sales, and marketing departments.
- Identifying new sales opportunities: Analysing the market in the chemical, energy, and construction sectors to promote the company's services and products.
- Monitoring customer needs: Continuously tracking and identifying customer needs, developing ongoing projects, and acquiring new contracts and orders.
- Supporting client base development: Actively acquiring new clients and business development opportunities.
- Building business relationships: Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive and lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understanding customer needs: Identifying customer needs and ensuring excellent service and support in collaboration with other company departments.
- Cost-benefit analysis: Conducting cost, benefit, and needs analyses of current and potential clients to meet their requirements.
- Preparing market analyses: Creating sales reports and market analyses.
- Collaborating with managers: Developing and implementing a sales plan in the dedicated region to achieve targeted revenue growth and sales of strategic products, services, and solutions.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in selling solutions, services, and products to companies with a similar business profile.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain lasting business relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Quality Focus: Attention to high-quality work.
- Goal Orientation: Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and consistent in actions.

- MS Office 365 Proficiency: Proficiency in using MS Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, Teams, PowerPoint.
- CRM Experience: Experience with CRM software in relation to the business model.
- English Proficiency: Good command of spoken and written English (minimum B1/B2 level), essential for fluent communication in an international environment.
