For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Senior Change & Communications Specialist (part-time)

Location: remote

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Sector: pharmaceutical

Length: by the end of 2025

Start date: ASAP/1 month

Working hours: 0,5 FTE

Tech stack:

Microsoft Office, Google Suite, OCM, HTML, CSS

What will you do:

• Support the design, development, and implementation of Change Experience strategies and change & engagementplans, including stakeholder management, communications, organization transition, and end-user training
• Create and modify web content using HTML, CSS 
• Plan, assess, and monitor organizational readiness, includingconducting change impact analysis and role mappingtogether with the project team and subject matter experts, toensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Develop and manage communications strategies and plans toensure consistent, timely, and relevant messaging withaffected stakeholders
• Lead the development of content and materials used tosupport various communications and engagement activities
• Track delivery against the roadmap, anticipating and addressingpotential barriers, risks, and issues

What we expect from you: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field or proven experience within change management, organizational development or project management
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS to create and modify web content.
• Proactive personality with a willingness to ask questions and seek clarification to ensure understanding
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, including agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or tech industry is a plus
