Senior HR Generalist
- Advise and coach team leaders in talent management, succession planning, learning and development, sensitive HR topics
- Lead recruitment processes, especially for senior positions
- Be an advisor regarding training opportunities for employees
- Support the review of the local benefits, manage contracts locally, observe market changes
- Cover all basic labour law aspects and maintain the required employee documentation
- Support promotion cycles and salary review
- Participate in the budgeting process
- Cooperate with an external payroll company, make sure that benefits and settlements with employees are calculated correctly
- Participate in implementing and driving global HR processes
- Supervise internal HR communication, make sure that employees are well-informed about important HR topics
- Master's degree in HR management, business, sociology, psychology or comparable
- 3–5 years of experience on a similar position in a multinational environment
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Proven experience in managing complex labour law issues
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in working in a matrix organisation
- Contract via Hays Poland (min. 12-18 months)
