Source to Pay Helpdesk Specialist with German
- Serve as the primary support for the S2P Helpdesk.
- Forward requests or queries to Tier 2 or S2P Helpdesk Analysts for more detailed investigation, if necessary.
- Handle and review tickets in the Cherwell System.
- Evaluate and acknowledge requests or queries within the agreed Response SLAs.
- Identify effective solutions and communicate them promptly.
- Provide immediate resolutions to basic inquiries or requests.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support group for further action.
- Enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction by seeking opportunities to optimise and improve processes and tools.
- Help ensure the team meets key performance metrics and targets.
- Act as backup support for managing the S2P Mailbox.
- Relevant experience in Source to Pay, Procure to Pay, or Accounts Payable.
- Good German and English skills.
- SAP knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
