Sourcing Manager

Are you the new specialist on our team? The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for sourcing and management of a defined portfolio of manufacturer and projects based on Seaonics strategy. In project execution, the Sourcing manager will be the operations lead in projects, managing and securing on-time delivery from all disciplines within the Operations team.

Duties
　•　 Manage fabrication within budget and timeline
　•　Manage operations production plan and Lead operations core-team in project
　•　Responsible for contract-and price negotiation for defined manufacturer
　•　Build relationships with key manufacturer and secure focus on continuous improvement
　•　Drive sustainability agenda and actions in the manufacturing base
　•　Sourcing and qualification of manufacturer based on need
　•　Contribution to managing capacity and prioritizing
　•　Contribute into the development by providing input and knowledge of production

Required skills
　•　English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
　•　Relevant experience within Sourcing, Production and Supplier Management
　•　Industry knowledge is beneficial
　•　Contracting and negotiation experience
　•　Experience with project management and planning
　•　Driving license cat. B
　•　Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team
