In this crucial position, you'll play a vital role in developing and implementing efficient procurement processes. You'll bridge the gap between suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of high-quality products. You'll oversee the entire procurement process from supplier selection to order fulfillment.

• Participation in the implementation of the company's procurement policy.
• Ongoing cooperation with foreign suppliers for the French market.
• Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Analysing offers in relation to ordered goods.
• Seeking sources of cost optimization in procurement.
• Managing the entire process of creating and monitoring orders.
• Contact with suppliers.

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level.
• Proficiency in French at an advanced level (B2-C1).
• Experience in procurement.
• Knowledge of tools such as MS Office and Outlook.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working in a corporate environment in a similar position will be a significant advantage.
• Experience working with SAP and in Accounts Payable (AP) will be an additional advantage.

• Location: Wrocław
• Hybrid working model: 2 days from the office, 3 days from home
