Supply Chain Engineer (B2B, hybrid 4:1)

Key activities on the project:

• Coordinating supply chain processes in a manufacturing environment, ensuring timely execution of orders and deliveries,


• Coordinating orders and inventory control,


• Analysing and resolving issues related to deliveries, transport, and warehousing,


• Collaborating with suppliers to optimise logistics processes,


• Preparing rankings and statistics regarding supplier delivery performance,


• Reporting key performance indicators (KPIs),


• Preparing reports and analyses on supply chain performance and proposing improvements,


• Managing data in the SAP system, ensuring its accuracy and compliance with actual processes,


• Identifying areas for optimisation within internal and external logistics,


• Cooperating with purchasing and production teams,


• Participating in project meetings and reporting progress.

Qualification requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in supply chain, logistics, or procurement,


• Practical knowledge of SAP (modules related to supply chain, e.g. MM, SD, PP),


• Fluent English enabling smooth communication in an international environment (minimum B2 level),


• Automotive industry experience is welcome, but not mandatory,


• Knowledge of process optimisation methods within the supply chain,


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in logistics,


• Self-motivation and excellent organisational skills,


• Flexibility and readiness to work in a dynamic project environment,


• Sense of responsibility, customer and goal-oriented approach,


• Active driving licence cat. B,


• Willingness to cooperate on a B2B basis (consulting cooperation) with opportunities for long-term cooperation on various projects.
