Supply Planner
The Supply Planner is responsible for managing the supply planning process in the supply chain in the assigned area.
Their main responsibilities include:
Demand and Inventory Analysis:
- Monitoring demand signals, inventory levels, and inventory targets to ensure proper replenishment of central warehouses.
- Creating comprehensive supply plans in SAP that meet financial, operational, and service level objectives
- Regularly communicating and collaborating with demand planners, account management, supply planners, sales, and finance
- Ensuring compliance of distribution and replenishment plans and reporting exceptions for the assigned business unit (reports)
- Making recommendations on actions necessary to meet current and forecasted demand
- Verify that orders scheduled in the system are consistent and correctly modified and submitted
- Generate plans for deliveries and shipments of materials to external manufacturers
- Monitor obsolescence of finished products as part of the inventory management process
- Work with commercial entities, demand planners, and key supply chain stakeholders to minimise risk and prevent recurrence
Our expectations :
- Higher education in logistics, supply chain management or related
- Min. 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Experience in supply planning and management of logistics processes
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, and tools for planning and monitoring deliveries (Power BI is an asset)
- Ability to analyse data and forecast demand
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective cooperation with various departments of the company
- Ability to work under time pressure and flexibility in decision-making
- Ability to optimise logistics processes to minimise risk and prevent its recurrence
- Advanced knowledge of English: C1/C2
