Supply Planner

The Supply Planner is responsible for managing the supply planning process in the supply chain in the assigned area. 
Their main responsibilities include:

Demand and Inventory Analysis:

• Monitoring demand signals, inventory levels, and inventory targets to ensure proper replenishment of central warehouses.
• Creating comprehensive supply plans in SAP that meet financial, operational, and service level objectives

Interaction with internal departments: 

• Regularly communicating and collaborating with demand planners, account management, supply planners, sales, and finance
• Ensuring compliance of distribution and replenishment plans and reporting exceptions for the assigned business unit (reports)
• Making recommendations on actions necessary to meet current and forecasted demand

Order Management: 

• Verify that orders scheduled in the system are consistent and correctly modified and submitted

Supply Planning: 

• Generate plans for deliveries and shipments of materials to external manufacturers

Inventory Management: 

• Monitor obsolescence of finished products as part of the inventory management process
• Work with commercial entities, demand planners, and key supply chain stakeholders to minimise risk and prevent recurrence

Our expectations :

• Higher education in logistics, supply chain management or related
• Min. 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Experience in supply planning and management of logistics processes
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, and tools for planning and monitoring deliveries (Power BI is an asset)
• Ability to analyse data and forecast demand
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective cooperation with various departments of the company
• Ability to work under time pressure and flexibility in decision-making
• Ability to optimise logistics processes to minimise risk and prevent its recurrence
• Advanced knowledge of English: C1/C2
