Team Leader - Insurance Operations with French and English
Wrocław (hybrid model)
Key Responsibilities:- Managing the insurance policy service area in French-speaking countries
- Supporting underwriters/corporate and affluent client advisors
- Managing a structure of 6-10 people
- Ensuring high-quality services and compliance with processes and procedures
- Interacting with unique clients and their representatives
- Initiating improvement actions
- Collaborating within internal structures – locally in Poland and internationally
- Experience in managing a team, gained in the financial industry or consulting or call centre/foreign customer service – insurance industry experience is a plus
- Managerial competencies
- Good French and English in both spoken and written form (minimum B2) – knowledge of Polish is not required
- High interpersonal and communication skills
- A collaborative approach and the ability to develop solutions and improvements
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Analytical thinking skills, data processing, attention to detail
- Very good work organisation
