For our client, a company from the medical sector, we are looking for candidates for the position of
Technical Service Administrator.As a
Technical Service Administrator, you will support the Interventional Technical Service organization across Europe.
Your responsibilities will include:- Monitoring BOT performance (Automatic Integration Application)
- Ensuring master data quality between SAP S/4Hana and Service Max
- Creating TS billing documents
- Managing spare part orders and reverse logistics
- Reconciling inventory
- Reporting on business processes
- Creating and maintaining process documentation
- Strong English language skills
- Team collaboration and customer focus
- Timely and appropriate action-taking
- Results orientation and fast learning ability
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with SAP and/or Service Max (a plus)
- Employment via Hays based on a 12-month employment contract
- Hybrid work model (4 days from the office, 1 day from home)
- Necessary equipment provided for work
