Client Service Representative (Investment Funds)
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our investment team. Understand client needs, address inquiries, and provide timely responses.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, including processing transactions, handling documentation, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Investment Support: Assist clients with investment-related queries, such as fund performance, portfolio updates, and investment strategies.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve client issues promptly, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with portfolio managers, analysts, and other internal teams to meet client expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and identify opportunities for streamlining client service procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines governing investment funds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in client service, preferably within the investment funds industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of investment products, fund structures, and financial markets.
